48 Cars provides an online marketplace that connects prospective vehicle buyers with certified auto dealerships. Our Platform offers budget calculators, estimated monthly payments, and an inventory feed sourced directly from partner dealerships.
3. Disclaimer of Estimates
All financial calculators, estimated monthly payments ("Est. $XXX/mo"), and buying power figures provided on the Platform are estimates only. They do not constitute an offer of credit, nor do they guarantee financing approval. Actual loan terms, APRs, and monthly payments are determined by third-party lenders and dealerships based on a formal credit review.
4. Vehicle Inventory and Pricing
Vehicle availability, pricing, and details are provided by our partner dealerships and are subject to change without notice. 48 Cars does not own the inventory and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of vehicle descriptions, mileage, condition, or final sale price.
5. User Consent for Contact
By submitting a pre-qualification form, history report request, or any other lead form on our Platform, you explicitly consent to being contacted by 48 Cars and our partner dealerships via telephone, text message (SMS), or email to discuss vehicle financing and sales.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall 48 Cars, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
